Thank you @terada, very much appreciated, mate. It's an AC30 profile from MBritt. Kemper is hands down the best piece of gear I've ever bought.

Do you find the Kemper to be the sort of amp you need to keep tweaking? I more the sort that likes to just plug in and go.

Difference is that the Kemper is manageable at bedroom volume. Both sound great. I'm a plug and play guy too, once I find my favourite profiles, I tweak only a few familiar parameters that I know will make the profile sound better and then I'm done. I follow the same pattern each time I try a profile I like. Happy to answer any questions you have via PM or on the Kemper thread mate...as I'm sure plenty of other will be happy to help too :-) I was a massive tube amp player for a long time, I'll never go back now I've had the flexibility and features of the Kemper.

I think this might be the second most expensive comment I’ve read on any forum after the ‘R8s are going for £2,5k new’...

I think I need to try one out

UK guitar show at Olympia they have a genuine 58 on display. (The 1956 label is for the one you can see the corner of next to it).

I can't believe that was a real one. I went up to it, felt the neck and thought, hmmm, feels like the R9 necks of my recent acquisitions, followed by, 'no way they'll have a real one just here to touch, they're far too valuable, just another reissue'.

I suppose at least I can't tell the difference between the real thing and a reissue. Lucky me I guess

Seems bizarre that they’d have an original sitting there like that! Amazing opportunity for you guys to see and touch it though. In all my time at various high end shops or roadshows or things like Musicmesse, I don’t think I’ve ever touched a vintage guitar of any significance!

Thrown a Suhr Doug Aldrich I had lying around in the bridge and now we’re taking. Right up my street and a huge smile on my face when I struck the first chord.

Will this get me banned from the thread
