    In all seriousness though, I thought the originals sounded pretty good in demos. Very similar to the US version anyway, obviously playing em and hearing em for real would likely be different.

    The pickups are good, I just thought I'd read somewhere that the cavities were an off size, so if you wanted an after market pickup is was tricky to fit. 

    I thought they would all get snapped up at £599 so bought the cream one from peach as soon as soon as I saw the colour I wanted at that price.

    I guess someone has a massive container load to shift! 

    £599 for the first version compared to £979 for the newer colours or maple neck ones at peach. 

    I'm swayed by colour, but not £400 swayed!

    I'd read that too, but I fitted a Seymour Duncan JB Jr into the bridge of my Core Siler Sky without any problems.
