    In August I'm not free on the 23rd.

    Difficult to be certain during mid/late July and August due to school holidays. It's also dependent on my brother being home in Cardiff for accommodation (I'd be traveling a fair distance) Definately can't do 29/30 July or 6/7 August.

    responses received so far do not rule out these dates in July and August: 16/17 July, 23/24 July, 20/21 August (all dates in September are also still in play). Encourage those who have not already responded :) to confirm the dates when you are unavailable so we can get the venue booked and start practising!
