one positive came out of this and that’s rweaver univibe is the best I’ve tried and I’ve tried them all besides a sabadius.

    He offered you a refund in his first reply so why don't you take it and move on? Yes it could have been photographed better, but it was sold as used and was a decent price. I think you've gone a bit KDH. No affiliation to the seller.

    Calling it “pretty much mint” condition was a stretch and I agree the photos of that side could have been clearer.

    Beyond that and regarding the subsequent exchange I’d side with Chris. I think your side of the responses are disproportionate and unnecessarily rude. He offered you a return in his very first reply, which was polite and professional. If your not happy with the unit at that price, just send it back. Someone else will probably buy it for what you paid and be happy with it.

    Nothing here would stop me considering Pedal Pawn in the future.

    I have to agree. His emails are courteous and helpful so I really don't see the problem. If you aren't happy with it just send it back for a full refund.  I honestly don't see why you seem to have got so worked up and confrontational about it?

    Pardon my abrupt and somewhat harsh assessment of this @Th4fonz but you come across as an extremely confrontational and angry person. I read about half of that conversation before I gave up on you.

    The seller offered a refund in the first message, most people would be satisfied with that. But you have taken it further with him, goading for a fight only to end up messaging the manufacturer for his opinion before bringing the dealing in its entirety for us to see.

    You obviously can’t see how you come across other wise you wouldn’t have the balls to post this online. 

    If you’re genuinely not happy about some cosmetic issues then return the pedal for the refund you have been offered and go and buy the pedal brand new from the builder who you’ve also dragged into this.

    that is the original photo before the 500% zoomed one reply.  Now I’ve bought an unknown amount of pedals from here and eBay and never once had one turn up as far from described as this then to top it off the responses.   I guess my point of view is my point of view.

    Seriously, what is wrong with their response? Comes across as you just trying to get money off if a full refund wasn't enough.

    There’s no pitchforks from what I can see. I think it’s extremely distasteful to document an entire account of what has happened in this sort of light for all to see whenever a resolution was presented in the first reply from the seller.
