    Just stay on the ball with who says what about going and then make sure you update it asap, announce the change and then copy and paste the reserve list (Not the main one) in the most recent post as that's the list that's in a queue so they can see it's moved up each time.
    Just copy the format from Leicester and that'll work great.

    I'll sort myself out in time for this and I'll do my best as I go to help out but my sheer ability to do anything is limited.

    I doubt @Bridgehouse would disagree with this. He knows more about what's going on here than anyone.

    Ok... so the list as it stands is up here 

    It's probably a good idea to bookmark that thread for logistical stuff. I'd imagine payment information will appear in there at some point too. 

    Just because I've edited the top post and i'm not sure this will "ping" the people I've tagged, I'll copy that and ping it on a lower post too. 

    At this stage there are 9 places left with 3 people on the possible list.

    Hi Chaps. I'm a FB Member who watches and rarely posts. Would love to join the Northern Jam, gigs permitting. Can do guitar and/or bass and provide a lift for one person en-route from Leicester. Watched the Leicester jam thread unfold and would have loved to turn up but was stupid enough to have had pre-booked a holiday and was away 02/09. Writing this as I return from said holiday.

    Just for the benefit of the few "maybe" types... There are only a handful of spaces left now. On the Leicester list there were drop outs and people from the reserve list replaced them and paid them back their £8, so if you want us to put you on the list just to make sure you've got a place it's not a huge risk.

    EDIT: Just checked my diary, same day as the Retro Games Fair in Leeds... How long are you planning on going for? Might be able to get there after lunch...
