    After years of not being able to eat pineapple*, with a little thought and slowly putting a little back into my diet I can now eat pineapple again.

    *It used to badly affect my Crohn's. I had a small amount of juice to start, now it's half-a tin a day, built up over a few weeks

    I'm buzzing, just came back from Camp Bestival where we just had such a great time - I'll never forget it.
