I joined up to forum last year but just saw this thread recently (sorry) so about time I posted this. Did read the Classifieds rules at the time though. There's tonnes of great knowledge on this forum.

Boring - just from names.

Q2: Where in the world/country are you?

Manchester.

Q3: What's your main musical ambition?

To make the jump, join a band and play live but do love just getting the time to play at home.

Q4: Your "best" bit of gear - just the one?

Divided by 13 EDT - I don't do this amp justice at all but it's a work of art and a keeper.

Q5: Your #1 ever track - again, just the one?

Very tough one. Al Green - Let's Stay Together is a great all-rounder.

Haha from the Derbyshire Gritstone rarebreed, a breed originating from the high peak which is now found across the Pennines, which seemed to fit as I'm a Derbyshire lad who now finds myself near the Pennines just north of Manchester.

Around North Manchester these days.

To continue to learn and enjoy myself.

Oh tough choice, not the best but the one I'll never part with is my original, a Falcon electric guitar which I've had for 18 years so far.

Hrimfaxi - in Norse mythology, The Hrimfaxi is the horse of night - The dark horse. Used this name in various projects of mine!

Not the best, but my most loved guitar is a BCR Mockingbird I-series, I've had guitars come and go around It, but this always stays. The I-series is a bit of an oddball.

I'd have put that between York and Goole. I currently live in deepest Dorset, but I am from Hull originally but parents currently live in Beverley so come up fairly frequently.

Competition Orange Squier Tele, I've had several other guitars and never thought I'd bother with a Squier (snobbishly) but I picked this up in the local music shop and fell in love instantly. I may never need another guitar.

Hello All, especially @Bridgehouse @Legionreturns @Snags @darthed1981 @modellista @mrkb @Alnico @Sasquatch_Bob @fandango @Phil_aka_Pip @sticker @CustomPedalBoards @vasselmeyer @Blackjack ;

Having gone to a Jam session, albeit as a novice still learning frets & chords- I think I may have caught the bug...guitar bug. Had an amazing time jumping from room to room and even having a spat at camera work. That's my voice on the end of the comfy video..yep forgot it was still on lol! I got to have a go room 3 for a bit to hear my Tele amplified for the first time ever and my god isn't it unforgiving when plugged in. I straightaway got the difference from playing it acoustically for the main. Looking forward to learning a lot more via the GT-100 at home- even if through headphones for now! bring on November...

I am Alnico's fiance and he is teaching me to play among other things! So I can't escape guitars even if I want to. If you can't beat them join em!
