    My mate Ed had a 56 NOS Custom Shop Strat with a nice chunky neck. The first time I met Ed was at a jam night and he brought it with him. As soon as he took it out of the case and put it in my hands I knew I had to own it. This year Ed bought a new Custom shop Strat and offered to sell the 56 NOS to me. I couldn’t turn him down….

    A friend is a mate of Micky Moody’s. Years ago Micky gifted him a Takamine acoustic that he wrote several Whitesnake tracks on. I’ve played it a couple of times and although it’s not a fantastic guitar, I’d love to own it just for the sheer amount of history associated with the thing.
