I sleep like a log and usually wake up a minute before my alarm goes off. I then often go back to sleep and wake up again an hour after I should have and have a mad rush to get to work and arrive late.

Humans are destructive parasites that will destroy the celestial oasis of Earth. The sooner Homo Sapiens are extinct, the better.

Go to bed early, fall asleep immediately and wake up early and get up. It’s been like that since I was in my 20s.
