As title really. For me. .. wearing slippers allows the player to relax fully and more likely to come up with something unique as opposed to trying to be SRV all the time.
I like a twin gusset dunlop style and moccassin as essentials, both going very well with a 1989 usa strat as you can see below. I do need a brown pair to complete the set and may go open back suede. 
Do you wear slippers?

    In the house I'm either barefoot, socks or with lightweight driving shoes eg below (not mine)

    Proper slipper wearer here, never used to be, in fact I used to live bare foot until I won a pair of UGG slippers, now I'm a covert and live in my supper plush, and bloody expensive as far as I'm concerned, slippers whenever I'm in the house instead of being bare foot.

    I wear sheepskin slipper, bit like Uggs. Cool in the summer, warm in the winter, naturally breathable, so no foot odours. 

    I’ve been through lots of British made pairs, but the soles always fall apart within six month. I WFH, so live in them. 

    Wearing a lovely pair from AliExpress, 9 months in and still look as good as new. they were not cheap, bit well worth it.  Fantastic quality, proper sturdy sole. Would make a good outdoor shoe!

    No.  When the weather is warm enough I'm naked almost all the time in the house.  I hate wearing clothes.  

    So every post I've made since May, I've been naked typing it.

    Only two pairs, sorry. Stock photos - I have the decency to wear socks with my slippers (socks hand knitted by Lady BMcH, obvs).

    I wear a pair of special edition Vans in the house. My daughter bought them for me and they were just too nice to get dirty outside! They're also the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever owned.

    Before that I wore an old pair of suede desert boots with the laces taken out.

    I'm type 1 diabetic and have to endure peripheral neuropathy ... basically, poor circulation results in excruciating pain in hands and feet when it's cold. Also, I'm not supposed walk around barefoot.

    The best slippers/indoor footwear I've found are North Face Thermoball Mules ... I'm currently on my 7th pair ... they are sung, warm, resilient, comfy and you can wear them outside (tent, campervan, to/from car, putting bk s out etc. etc.) Worth every penny IMHO.
