    Don't forget the best one. If you do win then they just tell you that you can never come back, and they wrap you up in so many checks hoping you'll have something that means they don't have to pay what you did win.

    Earlier this year a guy ive talked to a bit made a bet with William Hill and all 5 horses won. He got half a million from a £31 stake. 
    He was a real guy who had been losing big for years without so much as a word from them. He won this and they did publicity for it but behind the scenes they closed his account and made him prove that in hindsight he could afford the £31 stake. There was no 3rd party involvement he had to satisfy the bookie themselves and they kept saying no, we should never have let you play so you can't have it. Meant to be a happy moment and it turned in to months of stress.
