This is sad news, especially as she looked after herself.
A true icon and my favourite duet ever is her with Bryan Adams on 'It's only love'

Damn strong woman that made it her way, despite initially being stuck with an abusive shitty husband.
What a legacy she is leaving.
    RIP Aunty.

pretty much what I was gonna say. The way she managed to reinvent herself and come back bigger and better than her Ike days, a genuine legend.

I'm not locked in here with you, you are locked in here with me.

I’ve been watching Miami Vice on Amazon and  What’s Love Got to Do With It came on. All I could think about was how perfect of a performance it is.

Mind you, would have been different with Bucks Fizz.

She was an icon. Incredible singer. Very sad day
I would love to change my username, but I fully understand the T&C's (it was an old band nickname). So please feel free to call me Dave.

Legend isn’t quite a big enough word.

    RIP :(

Saw Tina live in the mid 80's - what a show and what a band -Robery Cray support band - She might not have the soul of Aretha or the sultry voice of Dionne but she has loads of energy and the show was awesome - Great singer and knew how to belt it out - RIP Tina and thanks for the memories

An icon of the 80s, and also of the 60s. She taught Mick Jagger how to dance! Even so, she' s still sits at the top table and could have written the book on rock vocals, having practically invented the genre. RIP.
Ten years too late and still getting it wrong
