    I agree BUT I haven't tried one apart from the pink taco I owned (for a very very short time) I didn't like it! I'm sticking to my trusty EVH 100 III -for the time being anyway!........must resist......the pull.....towards........Guitarguitar!........argh!......
    Interesting as I had a Taco and an EvH 5150iii at the same time and I can honestly say for me the Taco was far far better than the EvH. Granted they are a different kettle of fish really but the Taco has the sound that ive always wanted. Simple and responsive.

    It is each to their own but I think the "hysteria" is caused by them being great quality and sounding fantastic. I'm not gonna stop singing their praises anytime soon! :-)

    I just ordered a kemper. Cheaper than buying the real deal I hope..... lol should hopefully be able to get more than just the brown eye too :D

    That kinda misses the point of why these are so awesome! Simple valve tone, no option paralysis. You plug in, adjust eq to the room and go. The way they respond to your playing and the guitar you are using is a big part, even how they change as they heat up! Just getting a model of the sound misses out a massive chunk of their appeal in my view.

    For me what I love about them is I dont dick around with loads of different settings. I dont even switch between clean and dirty. I use my fingers and the volume pot to clean it up.

    Kempers are brilliant too, im sure you'll have a blast with it and get tonnes of sounds, just a very different option.

    I have two valve amps that I dearly love but it is nice to other options to play with ;)

    I have the Kemper with ss and brown eye amp factory profiles and I've an them against the real deal and the Kemper gets close but misses that analogue greasiness of the real thing
