    As long as that JHS video is out there, people will still be influenced in the future, and will keep demand up. Supplies are limited because they don't make it anymore, and the people who just bought one for stupid prices will not want to sell so easily. The people who already had one will not want to sell because they now have a collectors item. That's why I think it will never go back to sub £50.
    Unless JHS make another video using another cheap OD on how to make it sound like the more expensive Bad Monkey LOL

    Yeah this isn't supply and demand like a klon or vintage tube screamer, there's literally 100s of thousands of these pedals sitting around in every country, mostly on a shelf or in a draw cos they sound FINE and are decent reliable cheap pedals, not bad, not great, it's like making hype over the boss sd1 (another equally good sounding reliable average pedal) they are everywhere - why people seriously paying anything over 50 quid for these is just pure stupidity

    lol nobody wanted these. I had one that was listed on here for months for £40 and it sat and it sat, in the end i whacked it on Ebay and got £30 for it. Not a very good pedal to be honest, its just alright.

    The fact there are so many on Ebay and Facebook etc for sale shows the guys that had them when nobody wanted them are cashing in because of the hype.

    Tried one yesterday …..seriously underwhelmed, just another overdrive pedal, nothing special at all.
    Any Boss pedal is much better…..
    The whole hype market, including Klon is silly….
    Any guitarist would be far better off spending money on improving their  technique and playing ability…..that’s the determining factor on how you will sound….
    seeking a comfort zone in overpriced gear doesn’t get you there …..
    Same goes for mega expensive amps…..
    If you can’t do the business with say, an AC30 or a Marshall Combo then no amount of boutique hardware is going to help…..except in the dream world of your own consciousness….
