Gibson CL10 ~ any info ~ value ?

I have been offered a Gibson CL10.  I know nothing about them, so if you kind and knowledgeable folks could shed some light, that would be greatly appreciated.  Also what sort of value do they hold in the current market, either to buy, or to trade in ?  Ideally and idea of value in both in good condition and beater(ish) condition ?

This one has  a few dings, a cheaply repaired, strangely refinished* patch on the lower bout side, about cigarette packet size, a few dings on the back of the neck, and a bit bellied up around the bridge.  Action is OK medium I would say, and it plays and sounds OK too.  Any ideas ?  Thanks  :)

edit: *on further inspection, it looks to be strangely refinished, rather than an insert, as I at first thought.
