WTB - Small but decent practise amp for my nephew (Line 6 Spider, Roland etc)

ParkerParker Frets: 958

So my nephew has finally realised he isn't going to get the girls in his year to take notice by playing a cello (I know? Right!). so my sister has asked me to get a package together for his birthday. Ideally looking at around £50. Would be nice to have a few built in effects, but not essential. Just want to avoid those crappy generic amps that come in packs and sound naff.

Thanks.

WHY?

Fender Mustang I, the V2 is about £91 new now so should be in budget used. Includes a tuner, headphone socket, Aux in, fairly tough. Better range of sounds, to my ears, than bottom end Line 6.
I’ll handle this Violet, you take your three hour break.

  • I have a Fender Champion 100 - £100

Its got a massive amount of in built effects - on both clean and dirty channels. Has a variety of amp models on the dirty channel is quiet enough for practice, has headphones and will be loud enough for his first band/gig.

    With footswitch - mint condition......
