SOLD Rosewell Amps 18 Watt Lite 2 'Plexi' style head

edited March 2016 in Amps £

This is a fantastic 18 watt head built by Dave at Rosewell Amps, south yorks and based on the non trem channel of a classic combo. The low input gives the stock 18 watt sound  and the Hi input runs both inputs in parallel for a bit more grunt. The guy I purchased the head off told me it was the Lite 2b variant of the 18 watt circuit.

I believe Dave only built 4 of these, The Vaccines have at least one of the others!

The cab is a custom covered Zilla compact 1x2 that I had made to go with the head. It has the 3 piece back so it can be run as an open or closed cab. The cab has a 25 watt 12" pre rola celestion greenback, though it is a re-cone. The re-cone was done by tayden  CAB SOLD

Looking for £280 for the head, collection only I am afraid though as always happy to meet half way or deliver within reasonable distance of North Notts.

I am in Retford, just about as north as you can go in Nottinghamshire!

Ah, the attractive market town in the very north of Nottinghamshire. It gained its first charter in 1246, when Henry III granted the right for a fair, this was later extended to holding a Saturday Market by Edward I in 1275. Or so I believe.

I'm about 80 miles south down the A1 in St Neots... could you meet halfway or is it too far?
