It is with a heavy heart that I'm looking to move this wonderful sounding amplifier on.

I only picked it up on Wednesday and whilst it sounds bloody awesome it's just too loud for my poky little flat and as it only has one volume control it's just too much and I think it'll be best played and enjoyed by someone who can really give it some welly!

It really is a cracking little amp and I'm sure you could easily take this to a practice/jam night and it'd hold it's own.

I read someone said that they took it to a gig to perform and the sound man told them to turn it down!  Don't know if that's total bollocks or they were gigging in a shed or something but it can get mighty loud for a 10 inch speaker.

If it's on it's lowest wattage setting it breaks up super quick, around volume level 2/3 and if you ramp it up to 10 it gets a really nice thick/fat tone but doesn't blow the windows out at 10 either, has a nice sustainable volume curve, doesn't sound fizzly at all.  Really sensitive to the volume on your guitar and cleans up very well.

The first owner of the amp upgraded the speaker to a 10" celestion greenback so I don't know what the stock speaker sounds like but this one is right on the money.  It's got that great, classic tone where if you dig in on your strings the sound begins to compress, I'm thinking Hendrix etc.  Very dynamic.  Edge and Tone control work really well too.

I would love to keep ahold of this amp but even on 2/3 on the option "C" which is the lowest wattage it's just a bit too loud.  If you live in a house with no neighbours below or above you like me I'm sure you can just whack it up to 10 and let it sing but in my flat with papier mache walls it's just too much.

I've pinched photo's from Jonathan @FelineGuitars who I bought the amp off of, I hope he doesn't mind!

Price wise, looking to get what I paid for it which is £499.  It's in the same condition as it left Feline which is no marks, no scuffs and definitely no damage.

Trades wise I'll consider another low wattage amp with a master volume or rosewood boarded guitar.

Located just outside of Uxbridge on the tube and off of J4/M4 on the roads.  Could potentially travel in to Central London but I do not have a box just as a heads up so trade/sale would have to be face to face.  I cannot courier this.

Cheers!

Neil.
