Gorgeous sounding amp in great condition, the most touch responsive amp I've ever owned, built by MartinW before his MJW ventures.
As you can see build quality is fantastic, all turret board

    For some reason it won't let me include most of what I want to write in the OP, says "body is 2000 characters too long",
    So here's most of the info:

    Single channel, but very versatile thanks to both the 6-position Voice switch, and the "attack" control which varies the amount of negative feedback in the circuit. 
    Fantastically touch sensitive, go from clean to crunch with just your volume control or pick attack. 
    Class A cathode biased, which as well as making it sound lovely, also makes replacing valves a doddle as there is no re-biasing to be done. 

    Made in 2008 by @martinw before he founded MJW amps, has just had the once over by Tony Hamilton (a well respected amp tech in Belfast; caps checked etc), and a brand new EHX 6CA7 valve fitted

    Swtichable between a 6V6 in the power amp and an EL34 or 6CA7, which gives 7 or 15 watts respectively. Incredibly loud for such a compact low wattage amp. 

    Really clear sound, lovely built in valve driven reverb too. 

    As you can see it's all turret board built, really exceptional build quality (no surprise there)

    Great condition, couple of minor marks on the tolex. 

    Features the usual volume, bass, middle, and treble controls, as well as controls for reverb, the 6 position voice switch which goes from thick and bassy to thin and bright, and the attack control which adds brightness and gain. 
    Has 4,8 and 16 ohm outputs, and a direct out for running it into a PA as well. 
    Nice serial effects loop which doesn't mess with the tone.

    You didn't, the issue I was having with the amp turned out to be guitar related not amp related, so I'm 100% happy with the amp.
    I'll get an MJW sometime, it'll just have to wait until the tax rebates come back in April

    Back up for sale, basically Martin can build my perfect amp so this has to go to clear space for it (and fund it).

    £450 + postage (although for weight reasons collection preferred)

    Yes I know - wasn't sure if the OP realised you were building your own too back then under the Martamp name.....
