Had a quick play on this today at guitar guitar Epsom. http://www.guitarguitar.co.uk/acoustic_guitars_detail.asp?stock=com-KT174NY15 Quite unusual for a resonator as it sounds more like a regular acoustic but with hint of reso thrown in behind the acoustic sound. Really nicely made though. Not sure how these are constructed in comparison to a national reso, but certainly very different sounding instruments.
