I’m in the process of thinning out my collection as I’ve bought a flat in central London and no longer have the space to have more than a couple of guitars and have discovered that this amp is too loud for the neighbours. This unfortunately means some guitars and this amp are up for sale, along with the Marshall Power Brake I used to run it through. Back to a digital amp for me. :(

Whilst I’m new to this forum I was an active member of Musicradar back when that forum was running and have traded with and met face to face quite a lot of the users from back there so hopefully some of you will remember me!

Laney Lionheart L5T-112 Valve Combo

The amp is in great condition and sounds fantastic. The reverb in particular is excellent given its price. It comes with all the various bits and pieces from when it was new and even has the original box and packaging. It has never been gigged and has only ever gone outside when I moved from a house to this flat. As such there are no tears on the amp and would be hard to distinguish from one in a shop.

It comes with a soft cover worth about £40 if you would like it but if I am posting the amp to you then the postage will be extra as it will need to be packed in its own box as I’m not prepared to compromise the amp’s packaging to make it fit.

I would like £375 for this amp and will post it provided you are happy to pay for fully insured shipping to your location, which will be fairly expensive as it’s very heavy. Alternatively you are welcome to pay by cash on collection from my flat in zone 1 London.

Marshall Power Brake PB100 Attenuator

This is a power attenuator that will let you drive your valve amp hard to get overdriven tones but at volumes you can listen to inside without annoying your neighbours too much. It will work at 8 or 16 ohms and I have used it on the Laney above and on a 50W Marshall combo previously.

It’s in great condition and works as intended.

I would like £120 for this and will post insured at your cost or you are welcome to collect from zone 1 London.

I thought I had pictures of both of these with me but I can't find them. I will take some more this evening but for now here is a picture from when I was selling a bass guitar a little while ago with both the amp and attenuator in the background so you can see they both exist at least.

    This is just the amp I'm on the lookout for....unfortunately, wrong time and wrong place for me. :(

    However, very best of luck with your sale, sure it will go easily enough...lovely amps.

    I may have priced this too high. Any interest at £350?
