Mesa Boogie Triaxis & 2:90 Power Amp ...... £999 and SOLD ! :)

Had this up on Ebay a few weeks ago along with an EVM 12L Boogie cab for £1400 but no takers.
Would like a quick sale as my car has now had it's last ever journey.
Willing to post and collection always welcome - based in North Manchester.
Will be out of the country from Tuesday evening for a week though.

Pictures will follow later .....

Here is my ad info:

Great combination of Simul-Class Stereo 2:90, Triaxis and EVM 12L Boogie cab.

With the half-drive, deep, and modern settings of the Simul-Class 2:90 it proves to be the perfect partner for the 8 modes of the Triaxis. Then, combined with the ElectroVoice  speaker you have a match without parallel (except maybe for another cab to then run in stereo)

Both genuine 240v models in very good cosmetic condition, well cared for and perfect working order.
The Triaxis was recently serviced by Dennis Marshall for a new dual ganged volume pot and a couple of  L.E.D replacements.
It is the Phat V2 model. The only difference being (Phat v Non-Phat) Lead 1 Red mode has a different voicing. Having played both, and not liking either of them, it wasn't an issue. The V2 is the important bit so you can take full advantage of all the Midi capabilities

The 2:90 was retired around 18 months ago but only because of weight. Tested today, it's in full working order with no issues. One repair - the internal wiring harness was soldered directly to the board a few years ago. This was a recommended Mesa repair for a well-known problem of the plastic molex connector failing.
Power leads have been shortened with IEC sockets fitted as both amps lived in a rack with a power conditioner
Valves are all JJ's and swapped around in the 2:90 when using just one cab (previously run in stereo), so equal use.

I would prefer collection on these but would be willing to courier or possibly meet, depending on location.
Please note, postage estimates are just that 1 please contact for an accurate quote ......

  • Thats a stupid cheap price! Think I need to sell some unused stuff quick!

I play guitar and take photos of stuff. I also like beans on toast.

    Would you consider splitting?
If so, how much for the 2:90?
