Here's my Solid-State Peavey Wiggy...perhaps the nuttiest-looking thing ever to amplify a guitar.

Looks like a '50's car dashboard...the automotive theme is continued with the dials which are suitably barking mad..."MPH" and "RPM" instead of "volume" and "gain", "oil" "temp" "battery" etc rather than "bass" "treble" and so on. 

Lights up like a xmas tree and has hazard waring lights on it too.

i always thought it looked fab...though i'd happily concede that it divides opinion.

It's rarely been used...i'm not gigging and I just don't need it, so i thought i'd throw it up here and see if anyone wants it. I bought it about 7 years ago direct from Peavey and had some roqsolid covers made for it. 

There's a VERY small scuff on the front of the amp...but it's in really good condition and works perfectly.

The cab is an oversized 2x12 with - i believe - Peavey Sheffield 1230 speakers in.

It'd be perfect if you're in a band called "The Jetsons" or something.

I still have the original boxes it came in...but i'd take a lot of persuading to send it by courier. 

Happy to meet up within 75 miles of Newcastle if necessary (Berwick/Carlisle/Harrogate)
