Alvarez. I ve got one of their masterworks , mahogany , folk guitars and it's brilliant. I think it was about £350 from thormann . I've played a few of their other models and found them all to be good.

That RO 10 looks very well specced as well as a nice looking guitar at a good price.

Wouldn't mind trying one of them myself.

If you're fingerstyle blues inclined, have a look at the Loars as well. Part of the same company as Recording King I understand.

Do you have any preference on nut width?

Cort do a great selection of Luce models, L100-O (OM size), L100P (parlour), L300V which I think is a homage to Eric Claptons Signature Martin, but with a 45mm nut?

They also have an all mahogany (solid top and back) with 43mm nut.

Most of the range fall in under the £300

Might be worth a look?

Thanks. Perhaps the slightly wider nut would be beneficial. I guess I need to get out and play a few. I really like the all mahogany look though.
