Death By Audio - anyone have any experience?

Hey,
I've randomly stumbled across what looks like a very versatile pedal on my quest for some fuzz. The Death By Audio Apocalypse sounds like it covers a lot of ground (it should do for the price tag). I have come across a few remarks online about their build quality which doesn't sound great considering the cost.
No where local to me stocks them so I can't get to try it out in person and check the quality of the soldering and boards. If anyone has some experience of the brand and in particular the Apocalypse I'm keen to hear.
If everything seems good then it looks like I'll be on the hunt for a second hand version!

    Ive had a DBA pedal. Was great quality and cost peanuts used.
