Anyone looking for an amazing handmade axe with an original design could do worse than to check out Odessa - Mike has two models currently and builds painstakingly by hand in very small numbers. I'm sort of in love with his Deadbeat and am looking forward to hearing the first CMT 'Sweet Ninety' pickups in his latest build.

I don't normally like non-traditional shapes like that, but it's actually quite cool. The only thing that bugs me is that anything above the 19th fret seems basically inaccessible; a definite no-no for me.

That said, there are quite a few people on here who'd class that as a good thing...

And good to have another UK based option. Those prices are ridiculous. (In the sense of "ridiculously cheap" if the guitars play half as well as they look like they would).
