Neural Plug Ins problem

Using a Mac and a focusrite 18i8 I plug my guitar into the interface and I start the ToneKing plug in - im hearing guitar through my monitors on the focusrite but it isnt audio from the ToneKing plug in - i have played with all the input settings within the plug in but just get normal guitar sound through the interface monitors

Any Ideas?

    Prob you have input monitoring enabled in the interface but not in the DAW track so you are hearing the DI signal only.
