I’ve had this for a couple of years but it’s been sitting in the drawer for a few months now as I use MV amps at home. It’s in perfect condition with some minor surface marks and scratches. No issues. Don’t have the original box etc but will pack well for the courier if needed. No power supply nor cables included. You need to power it only for turning on the light which indicates the boost is engaged. For basic functioning you don’t need external power. From the various attenuators I have tried this one has been the best for my purposes (playing at home with 10 - 25 watt non-MV valve amps). I haven’t tried the line out. Please note this will work only with 8 ohm amps.
