Integrated Dual Amp Support - Dual Link allows you to link up two Katana Artist MKII amps togeher, configure each with independent settings, and operate both from a single GA-FC/GA-FC EX foot controller. Stereo Expand also allows you to use one of the amps as the primary, with stereo effects like Chorus, Delay, and Reverb distributed across both amps for a wide, immersive sound field.

Full-Throttle Sound Every Time You Plug In - For that full-throttle, authentic tube-amp sound, BOSS have included their incredible Tube Logic technology in the Katana Artist MKII Head. This technology delivers the kind of authentic tube overdrive and distortion tones and characteristics we all know and love, but thanks to the amp's variable Power Control it can deliver those sweet spots even and bedroom volume levels!

Custom Settings With One-Touch Recall - Thanks to the inclusion of Tone Setting memories on the Katana MKII, you can recall your favourite amp and effects setups with ease. Simply dial in your preferred sound with the panel controls, then save it to the desired memory with a quick button hold, and away you go! The Katana MKII allows you to save 4 Tone Settings (two banks of 2), and you can quickly recall them again via the panel, or through using external foot controllers.

Ready-to-Mix Direct Tones - With outputs for Line, USB, and phones/recording signals that each feature mic'd cabinet emulation, you can send mix-ready amp tones to a PA system, DAW, or set of headphones with ease. The Air Feel settings o nthe rear panel will also allow you to shape the direct sound, with three presets and two custom settings to choose from.

Compact Rig Commander - When used with the optional GA-FC or GA FX EX foot controllers (available separately) you can turn the Katana Artist MKII Head into the perfect gig companion on stages with minimal space available. These switches allow you to directly recall Tone Settings with ease, and independently turn the five effects sections on/off! As if that wasn't enough, the also support external footswitches and expression pedals, with customisation available through BOSS Tone Studio.

BOSS Tone Studio - The release of the Katana MKII also sees the evolution of BOSS Tone Studio. With an updated interface, faster workflow, and dedicated Pedal FX category, editing, storing, sharing, and downloading new setups for your Katana has never been easier. If you already own a BOSS Katana, it's worth noting that Tone Studio will allow you to import your custom patches into the MKII with ease!
