FS: HJ Williams Aura - stunning UK handmade S-Style, stunning guitar!
I'm selling my HJ Williams Aura, which is the main guitar on his website page for the Aura https://williamsguitars.co.uk/electrics/aura
and is a 10/10 brilliantly designed and made boutique type guitar. The playability and huge tone are stellar. It has a strongly flamed maple drop top on an alder body, and a bird's eye maple neck and fingerboard on a 25" scale. Blue finish for the top, 50's style two tone sunburst on the sides and back. Truss rod and carbon rods assure lifetime neck stability. The pickups are Lindy Fralin vintage types, and sound really great with lots of body and presence. The switching options allow almost any Strat-type tone you can think of, and it can really sing. The neck is a C-shape with a wider nut, and has smooth frets with a great action and top playability. I got this a couple of years back from imalrightjack right here. Only selling as I have too many Strats and I'm moving more into fixed bridge guitars, so this, sadly, rarely gets out of the case. Excellent condition with a minuscule ding near the tone control (I reflected light off it on one pic, the finish is not broken) and all the tags and Hiscox case. With all of the wood and pickup options/upgrades, this was not a cheap guitar! As a Fender/Tyler/Melancon etc. owner, I can say it is the equal of just about anything. Please ask if you need any more details, price is £2250.00 inc. shipping within the UK, or collect it for £50 less after trying it out (Tyneside).
