    I’m curious about the valves in this, I can see previous owners selling but no information about the valves, I would presume it’s a 12ax7 and a el84?

    The 5w version has a 6V6 and 2x 12ax7. The 10w version used EL84..

    The 5w version has a 6V6 and 2x 12ax7. The 10w version used EL84..   

    From the above picture it looks like only two valve sockets but a 6v6 and a 12ax7 could be it

    It's two ecc83s and a 6v6 for a mighty 5w. Probably the simplest plexi clone you'll find, sounds awesome though.

    I opened it up. There is a single ecc83s and an el34 (unless the print has rubbed off and its an 84).

    Not sure if @martinw still frequents this establishment, but if so maybe he can clarify..
