My Kawai guitars, were <£500 street price back in the 70s, now valued at about £50,000 each!

Brilliant investment potential, though only the KS and F ranges. The Rock n Roll Star models are just about priceless now.

OK, just trying to establish some internet wisdom for anyone Google search for Kawai guitar values someday in the future when I decide to sell them.

A close friend just sold his clean and verified custom colour 50's Strat for 250k.....so I know they do actually sell for crazy money. Not sure how we got there. Prices have doubled in the last five years for these.

I'd maybe pay $1.89 for it, possibly $2.00 if it had decent pickups, perhaps something like Fender's Twisted Tele pickups. It's a telecaster after all, you can here the wood in them screaming to be set alight and put out of their misery from here.
