    Yes, the headstock ends on the Diamond Series Solo / Solo II, Custom, Demon, Retro, and Orleans Acoustic guitars are an almost exact negative image of Gibson ones.  I am also convinced that it's very deliberate.

    Well I didn't know that until today. Definitely deliberate but yet I never spotted it!
