It was a nice guitar, but I bought a custom shop special and one in one out etc.
The DC jr special is where I'd put my £500
Fret King Black Label Eclat DBC
If you can find a GSP, go for it. Had a DC kit and like a fool I sold it. Recently got a GSP Singlecut kit and am very pleased with how it has turned out.
It’s so good I have recently sold my Harley Benton DC Fat which was an incredible bit of kit, not just for the money.

1st - 22.4mm
12th - 24.7mm
For comparison, my 594 with its Pattern Vintage neck is:
1st - 22.5mm
12th - 26.0mm
What those figures don't tell you is that the HB has a good amount of shoulder too that fills the hand nicely, whereas the 594 has a v.soft V that makes it feel slightly slimmer overall than the HB.

I checked my order history and I bought a B stock in May 22 for £134 ... utter bargain.
Still great value IMHO
