These have washed up on quite a few of the YouTube channels that I get fed. I watched Pete Thorn's demo, thought they sounded very good. My only previous experience of playing these was one of the mk. I heads, a 20 watter. The new ones sound much more open to my ears.

I'm absolutely outraged that Blackstar, a British company, should refer to valves as "tubes".
As a result, nothing could persuade me to buy from these turncoats.

My HT1-R deffo has valves in and not tubes, I checked before I bought it.

Maybe you have to turn the ISF knob the other way to make it valve?
