Price sense check re buying a Vox Tonelab LE
What's Hot
Hi guys, this is for anyone in the know, but
@HarrySeven particularly interested to hear from you Harry if you're looking in
as of course you're very much a specialist in buying up older gear.
I currently gig with a Vox Tonelab LE and SE... Old tech but they are perfect for my gigging needs. I'm thinking of getting a second TLLE as a back up. These have started appearing on Ebay for around £130-140. People are copying each other, but in reality these prices aren't being achieved and actual sales are typically £60-80 with the latter being for very good condition, tight expression pedal, original Vox PSU, and all buttons, dials, knobs, LCD, inputs, outputs etc. In fact I missed one last month for £73 inc delivery.
Just wanted to sense check that I wasn't going mad?
Thanks guys
I started out with nothing..... but I've still got most of it left (Seasick Steve)

I can use my TLSE or Pod Go if needed, it was just the convenience of copying patches from one TLLE to another. The TLLE/TLSE patch files are *different and can't 'cross over' as it were because there are some effects differences, plus TLLE doesn't have A/B switching and only has a single expression pedal. I do actually prefer the TLSE but the TLLE is simply a more manageable size and I prefer its LCD tuner display. (*There is an unofficial 'conversion' program that I have, but it doesn't work anything like effectively)
