Having a look at Marshall’s spares.

“This gold handle is specifically made for heads and combos”.

Would it actually fit a DSL40C? On mine, you can see the screw, which you cannot on Marshall’s replacement. No measurements, no compatibility list…

    No, you will need to drill new holes. The old style handle is longer though, so it will cover the existing ones. I’m pretty sure, anyway - I haven’t done that exact swap but it’s the case with all the other modern Marshall handles.

    Thanks John, that’s exactly what Marshall’s excellent customer service has told me — I wasn’t expecting such a quick reply from them :open_mouth:

    Apparently, the replacement I would need is HNDL-00019, which may be bought from other shops but not theirs.
