UNPLANNED DOWNTIME: 12th Oct 23:45
NGD - Sort Of
PRS SE ZM
Owned this for a while and absolutely loved it but due to a one in one out Grandma imposed policy it went up for sale after buying the Aurora. Sadly it arrived to it's new owner with a switch fault that definitely wasn't there when sent. Dropped en-route? Who knows? Immediately offered the new owner a full refund and paid to have it shipped home. 5mins after receipt and a bit of contact cleaner all was well. Since retirement the rules have relaxed and as long as I crack on with all the jobs on the house that have been on hold for the past 25yrs I can do pretty much what I like hobby wise so may well end up keeping it. Was sold with multiple upgrades including Seymour Duncan Phat Cats, Gotoh locking tuners, PRS Lampshades, Schaller strap locks etc, all of which have been removed sold and replaced with stuff out of the parts bin. Tonerider Rocksong humbuckers, Gotoh non-lockers, top hat knobs, regular strap pins.
Well happy with the result and realized half of what I sold the guitar for by selling the upgrades.
