I am super duper excited by this. Massive Landau fan and the Vemuram Shanks ODS1 completely bowled me over. 

My understanding (from an article I read recently, which I cannot now find) is that it will be a distortion pedal in the vein of the Maxon SD-9 Sonic Distortion which Landau (among others) used for so long. 

Anyone else been waiting for this? I just wanted to vent some of my excitement.

    I bought a Shanks from Andertons a few yrs ago, it was the most underwhelming pedal especially for the price I have ever heard.
    It went back for a refund pronto.
    They are crazy prices for what they are, I was expecting the holy grail of overdrives.

    Landau got caught by the Vertex fraud… you would think he might be a bit more wary about putting his name on a pedal which is probably only a degree less of a rebadged something else.

    At least they're not pretending it isn't a breathed-on SD9. 

    It still irks me how much bullshit there was with the original JanRay launch. But it's a bloody marvellous pedal. This doesn't sound as interesting based on the clips I've heard so far
