Muse- live Rock am ring

Just watching Muse at Rock am ring I think from earlier this year. Good set, good live sound, and as you would expect, some monumental fx on guitars. Everyone is on IEMs but here’s the question - why has he got a Marshall head and 4x12 on stage. The only reason I can think of is some sort of commercial tie up with Marshall stipulating their gear must be visible and on stage?
