1 channel, just pure tone. 
Very good nick for age, no tears on tolex, no farts and pops, just Soldano Tone. 
Does it get close to a SLO.. yes and no. same character I personally think if you run it through a bigger power amp with some post low end it will sound as big. and yes, it has a loop. 
Plays nice with both US (i.e. V30 Mesa) and UK (i.e Marshall with Greens) cab IRs and pedals and it's not fussy about active vs passive PUs, unlike the SLO.

If you like versatility, many channels, toggle switching, depth knobs etc it's not for you.
If you like  honest old school high gain like modded JMP Mk2 MV ones, you'll appreciate this.
