DIY Valve Preamp / boost kits

I've been practicing my soldering of late, figured I need to stop wasting money n techs for pickup swaps.
Also have a few pedal kits to build, what I'd like to get next is a really good valve preamp or boost. Something like what Kingsley do? (although I might be dreaming that stuff akin to theirs exists)
Is there any kits anyone would recommend? I know Jed's Peds have some, but not familiar really with any other suppliers.
