Pedalboard revamp

My current board has me performing a routine that Michael Flatley would be proud of so I've got hold of a Boss ES-8 switcher and bigger PSU and am planning a rebuild.

The only question now is what sort of board to put it all on? This is for live use so has to be tough and ideally compact. Choices are:

PT Classic Pro
Something flat - 800 x 400mm minimum size
Tiered board - not much smaller than above due to mounting switcher, whammy and wah.

I've sketched out some ideas using /www.pedalplayground.com so I know everything fits. Ideally I'd like the wah and whammy to be flat which is leading me to the latter of the two - what would you chose and why? What's your experience been?
