Many moons and forum iterations ago we did occasional Gear-based meetups - they were unashamedly about having a go on each others stuff and/or demoing things you liked to friends. 

They were low-key and friendly.

After a comment in the small pedalboard thread, I wondered if there was interest in one focussed on that/those ?
