Cannondale Synapse Carbon Road Bike. SOLD ELSEWHERE
Change of health circumstances have resulted in me needing
easier gears on my bike so, with much regret, I need to let this beauty go!
Originally a blue (2009) frame which Cannondale replaced under warranty in 2011. It was I triple and Cannondale converted the bottom bracket from BB30 to shimano fit to use my original group set. I changed to a double in in summer 2019 - Shimano Ultegra 8000 11 speed. I added the FSA Carbon crankset at this time.
I have gone to a lot of trouble to match group set and finishing kit:
Shimano Ultegra 8000 11 speed (11-34 cassette), rear mech, front mech and rim brakes.
FSA SL-K Carbon crankset 50:34
FSA Carbon handle bars
FSA Carbon seatpost
FSA stem
Wheels are Fulcrum Racing Zero - just about the lightest aluminium wheels available were new in June 2021. They have not been used between October and April and due to my health have done under 2000 miles. This is their 3rd summer.
In winter I have been using Fulcrum Racing 5 wheels with Schwab e 700c x 28 included in the sale. These have done 2 winters and not much more than 1000 miles.
Frame size is 54cm. I am 5ft 10ins and is perfect!!
Weighs in at around 7.5 kg
It has been well looked after including a full strip down service every April!
I have a box so postage is possible.
£1500 including additional wheelset. Now £1350. Now £1250. Now £1150 Now £1000
