WTB - Conversion posts. Metric TOM to Nashville

I think I have got this right. I have an Epiphone LP and want to put a swap the TOM bridge for a schaller roller bridge.
The schaller uses the nashville style bushings/posts (sorry about my use / misuse of terminology this is all new to me) so I need something to fit in the wider metric posts (m8?) But with the thinner thread for the bridge to sit on.
Hope that makes sense. If not I can take some pics...
