Interested in a Nordland ODR overdrive, anyone got one that they don't love.
There's a few on Reverb but with daft prices, so no daft prices!

Just to add I’ve ended up with two this week and I highly recommend!
One came direct from Nordland in 4 days £150 with no duty to pay.

I can't guarantee you won't get hit with import duty (I'm too ignorant about the process), but I had the same experience as @koss59. Delivery from Nordland was fast and I didn't get any import charges. Kai Tachibana is a gent to deal with too. He was out of stock when I made my initial enquiry about ordering one. Sometime later, he made half a dozen and contacted me to see if I was still interested. He let me place an order before he put the rest up for sale on his website so I didn't miss out. We had a bit of a chat, interesting bloke.

I like the idea of supporting the pedal builder directly if I can. That wouldn't stop me buying pre-owned if I could get a pedal at a really good price, but if people are asking near new prices for a secondhand model, I'm happy to pay a bit extra and buy new from the builder.

What's really inexplicable is there are some second-hand ODR-CCs being listed online for £200+, which is so much more than the new price that they'd be more expensive even with the potential Brexit tax included.

The current price directly from Nordland for a CC+ (including shipping) is €184.19, which Google tells me should be about £160 at today's exchange rate - so even if you got hit with £40 tax you'd be paying no more than £200ish for a new one.

The last few auction listings on ebay have gone for about £150, which still seems relatively high given it's possible to get a brand new one for only £10 more, but at least it's a legitimate saving compared to a new one, and avoids the possibility of tax.

Anything above that and I don't really know why anyone wouldn't just buy a new one, seeing as they're fairly available anyway!
