My son has just "acquired" (long term borrow it seems!) the above combo.
He is very pleased with the sound but since he was previously running through a Peavey 112 I guess he would be!

What do me'learned friends here at Frets think of the amp in terms of reliability? He knows it is limited in power but the band he is in really is not very loud. The drummer for instance often uses brushes! Many hitters looking in might have to Google that!

    They're fine - old-school linear/Class AB design and pretty robust. The speaker is a bit uninspiring compared to the models with the aluminium cone, but there's nothing actually wrong with it.
