A big loss to the music world and bass community. Session bassist to some big names and he played on some big hits and major albums. For me, it was his wonderful work with Kate Bush, particularly his fretless playing.

That's sad, only just spotted this in basschat. I was obsessed with his playing with Kate Bush, Brand X and Phil Collins in the early 80s. That's him on Babooshka.
