£1,099 for boxed rack and controller is not too bad from a retailer, IMO.

You're looking at £1,149 + £299= £1,448 new.

I remember seeing richtone selling a second hand helix rack and controller during covid times for £900. Might be worth emailing them and see if they can knock a bit off ?

My rule of thumb for s/h gear in good condition from a private seller is 2/3 of new price.

2/3 of £1,448 is £965.

Is that in your Ball park?
